| 1. Restoration Policy |

Problems arising from the game server / system error will be restored to the last information saved in the database after complete checking. When we restore your character, item(s), quest(s) and etc..., you might encounter loss of experience, levels and etc ... due to the last saved information not saved. |

There will not be any restoration due to self negligence such as dropping your item on the floor or mistakenly selling it to the NPC. |
|
| • |
All cases have to be reported within 7 days because your account information will expire within 7 days. There will not be any restoration for cases reported after 7 days of incident as we cannot locate it due to database expiration. |
|
| 2. Swindling / Fraud in Game Policy |

We do not interfere with players trading / purchasing as we do not have visibility to your compromising and negotiations. In the event that we find out such habitually cheats, we will take necessary actions as it is harmful to the community. |

When creating an account, a player is responsible for the chosen name. Any act of harrassement, using tags like [GM], [GS], [HP], [Dev], or similar are punished. |
|
| • |
In any situation, you will be required to select a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and you are responsible for any harm resulting from your disclosure or allowing the disclosure of your password or from use by any person of your password to gain access to your Account and Account ID. The GTH team will never ask for your password offline or online, except that you will be required to enter your password as part of the login process. |

| 3. Account, Character and / or Items Sharing Policy |

Advertisement in forums and/or game in the form of links to other sites not relating to Gate to Heavens Twilight,, banners, offers (this includes the probably known "1$ for 1 Million Nak") or any other form are forbidden if not explicitly allowed by the responsible GM.. |

Trading or selling your account is prohibited unless we provide an option to do so. |
|
| 4. Illegal Play Policy |
|
| • |
The use of scripts or similar is not permitted, as it may increase traffic above the normal rate. Making use of (illegal) software in order to gain any game advantage or influence the game in any way or any form will cause a permanent ban from the game and website. Hacking and the use of bugs and glitches will be treated like this as well, if not explicitly allowed by a Game Moderator or Administrator. |

If any player(s) found any bug(s) and did not report it to the Game Master but exploiting it by gaining benefits in terms of experiences, levels, items and etc, will be penalized according to the severity. |

Any tools or ideas that allow someone to gain certain items or duplicates items will be banned and have their items deleted with / without extra penalization if necessary. |
|
| 5. Harassment Policy |

While enjoying "Gate To Heavens", you must respect the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. To this end, you may not defraud, harass, threaten, or cause distress and / or unwanted attention to other players. |
|

You may not use sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethically offensive language. |
|
| • |
You may not organize nor be a member of any pledges or groups within "Gate to Heavens Twilight," that are based on or espouse any racist, sexist, anti-religion, anti-ethnic, anti-gay, or other hate mongering philosophies. |

| 6. Naming Policy |

You may create a character and choose a name for your character to identify your character to other members. You may not select the name with the following criteria : |
|

Sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethically offensive language vulgarity. |
|
| – |
Name that associate with trademark, copyright or any propriety rights. |
|
| – |
Special coding. |
|
| – |
Names associating with Gate to Heavens - Twilight (such as names, but taggings like [GM], [GS], [HP], [Dev], etc as well. |
|

| 7. Dan Name |
|
| • |
At any point of time in the game, you may create a Dan and choose a name for your Dan to identify your Dan to the other members (your "Dan Name". You may not select your Dan Name the name of another person or Dan, or a name which violates any third party's trademark right, copyright, or other proprietary right, or which may mislead other Members to believe you to be employee of Gate To Heavens - Twilight, or which Gate To Heavens - Twilight deems at to be vulgar or otherwise offensive.
Gate To Heavens - Twilight reserves the right to delete, or alter any vulgar or otherwise offensive Character Name without any compensation. |

When you create a Dan, you are also required to create a Dan Mark for your Dan. You may not create a Dan 'mark' (logo) with the following criteria : |

Sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethically offensive language vulgarity. |

Mark that associate with trademark, copyright or any propriety rights. |
|

Marks associating with Gate to Heavens - Twilight (such as names, but taggings like [GM], [GS], [HP], [DEV], etc as well. |

| 8. In-Game Notice Broadcast |

In "Gate To Heavens" the characters have the privilege of sending nationwide messages called Notice Broadcast. This privilege comes with a high level responsibility on the part of the user. Due to the fact that this communication channel has the ability to impact every player on the server, the staff of
Gate To Heavens - Twilight will not tolerate any inappropriate behavior of any sort in this communication channel. This includes but is not limited to : inappropriate language of any sort or any attempt to escape the profanity filter, inappropriate or vulgar content of any sort, repeated 'spamming', or 'flooding' of the communication channel, or any other conduct that can be construed in any way inappropriate to
Gate To Heavens - Twilight. Any violation of this term or rules of conduct may lead to temporary removal of the character's ability to communicate, the account being suspended for a set period of time, or lead to permanent account termination without any compensation. |

| 9. Interruption of Service |

Gate To Heavens - Twilight reserves the right to interrupt the 'Service' from time to time on a regularly scheduled basis or otherwise with or without prior notice in order to perform maintenance. |

You acknowledge that the Service may be interrupted for reasons beyond the control of Gate To Heavens - Twilight and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access the Service or your Account whenever you wish to do so. Gate To Heavens - Twilight shall not be liable for any interruption of the 'Service', delay or failure to perform resulting from any causes beyond its reasonable control. |

Gate To Heavens - Twilight shall not be obligated to refund all or any portion of any Account fee by reasons of any interruption of the 'Service' by reason of any of the circumstances as described above. |

| 10. Suspension / Termination of Account |

You agree that if the 'Service' or your account is suspended temporary or even terminated / cancelled for any reason or length of time, you are not entitled to any reimbursement or refund of any fees or unused access time. |

We may terminate this Agreement (including your Software license and your Account) immediately and without notice if you breach this Agreement or willfully infringe any third party intellectual property rights, or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide us, or upon game play, chat or any player activity whatsoever which is, in our sole discretion, inappropriate and / or in violation of the spirit of Gate To Heavens - Twilight as describe in the Agreement. If we terminate this Agreement under any circumstances, you will lose access to your Account for the balance of any prepaid period without any refund. |

| 11. Privacy Policy |

We do not record e-mail addresses of the visitors. All personal information that is voluntary given to GTH-Twilight and their Forum will not be issued, sold, or redistributed. |

Your computer reaches us via a particular IP (Internet Protocol) address. This can tell us things like what part of the world you're coming from or what service provider you are using, GTH-Twilight will link your IP to your personally identifiable information about you for billing purposes. |

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE RULES AND WILL ABIDE TO THEM.
YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THESE RULES WILL APPLY TO ANYONE THAT YOU ALLOW TO USE YOUR "GATE TO HEAVENS" ACCOUNT OR USER ID, AND THAT YOU ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES (INCLUDING TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT) THAT MAY RESULT IF ANY SUCH PERSON BREACH THESE RULES.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF YOUR ACCOUNT AND RIGHT TO USE THE "GATE TO HEAVENS" SERVICE IS TERMINATED BY GATE TO HEAVENS - TWILIGHT COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF ANY FEES PAID BY YOU FOR USE OF THE "GATE TO HEAVENS" SERVICE.
THESE RULES MAY BE CHANGED, AND NEW RULES MAY BE ADDED, AT ANY TIME. YOU AGREE TO CHECK THE "GATE TO HEAVENS" WEBSITE FROM TIME TO TIME TO REVIEW ANY RULE CHANGES THAT TWILIGHT MAY HAVE MADE.
YOU AGREE TO READ CAREFULLY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE
"GATE TO HEAVENS" SERVICE AGREEMENT THAT IS POSTED ON THE WEBSITE.
